Jazzy Jokes is Supporting
Student Heart Check Program
A typical school physical may not fully assess a student’s heart health. This program offers local students ages 13 - 18 a FREE cardiac screening performed by a Corewell Health cardiologist, helping to identify potential underlying heart conditions.
